Powertrain:
From the information disclosed in the public announcements, the UNI-V will be equipped with the new-generation Blue Whale NE1.5T high-pressure direct injection engine, delivering a maximum power of 138 kW and a maximum torque of 300 Nm. In the future, the UNI-V may compete with mainstream sporty sedans such as the Honda Civic and the Lynk & Co 03, showcasing promising performance.

The Changan UNI-V is matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission and also supports the SUPER RACE mode. The official statement mentioned that a 2.0T+8AT model will be introduced in the future.
