The vehicle employs aluminum alloy in critical energy absorption areas and hot-formed steel in force transfer paths, ensuring minimal deformation in the event of collisions, rollovers, or side impacts.

Health Protection: The interior of the Alpha T5 maintains low levels of formaldehyde, reaching as low as 0.006mg/m3 at room temperature and 0.06mg/m³ at 50°C, meeting stringent formaldehyde limits for children’s rooms. Equipped with a four-layer air conditioning filter, it blocks bacteria, viruses, mold, and mites. Four UV sterilization lamps are capable of killing common bacteria within 30 minutes, achieving a sterilization rate of 99.99%. The vehicle employs eco-friendly materials in all contact areas to mitigate allergic reactions.

True Range, Low Energy Consumption, and Supercharging System: The Alpha T5 achieves a high-fidelity range of 660 kilometers and is equipped with an 800V high-voltage supercharging system, enabling a 260km range in just 10 minutes of charging. It features a winter pre-heating system accessible via app or in-car navigation. The vehicle comes standard with a wide-temperature range, multi-source heat pump TMS3.0 thermal management system, improving overall winter range by 15%. Powered by a 200kW single motor and NCM lithium-ion battery pack from CATL.
5. Intelligent Experience: Equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, the Alpha T5 leads its class in onboard computing power. Its infotainment system features a 15.6-inch 1080p display, supporting plug-and-play for three major handheld gaming consoles and offering over 1000 cloud gaming titles. It supports various in-car entertainment functions such as KTV and office applications. The programmable cockpit supports customization of 93 atomic functions across 17 categories, including air conditioning, lighting, navigation, voice commands, photography, and music control. The intelligent terminal function allows seamless interaction between the vehicle and smartphone, enabling control over music, video, air conditioning, and ambient lighting while driving. The intelligent parking system features a 300W high-definition panoramic camera and high-precision ultrasonic radar with a resolution of less than 1 centimeter, allowing for “visible parking” and “one-step parking” maneuvers in standard parking spaces in under 25 seconds.

Quality Assurance: The Alpha T5 undergoes rigorous testing across a temperature range of -40 to 70°C, with durability testing for 100,000 cycles of opening and closing, and corrosion resistance verification for 100 cycles. It exhibits electromagnetic interference resistance of up to 100V/m. Produced in the Blue Valley Magna Advanced Manufacturing Base, a joint venture between BAIC New Energy and Magna, which integrates the expertise of over 300 Magna factories worldwide, with 97% automation. Before delivery, the vehicle undergoes 32 quality inspection procedures and 1400 inspection items to ensure exceptional quality.
