JETOUR Dashing is a model launched by Chery in 2021. The Dashing is the first product under the JETOUR brand’s Kunlun architecture and is positioned as a compact SUV. It has dimensions of 4590 mm in length, 1900 mm in width, and 1685 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2720 mm.

Description

JETOUR Dashing is available in both conventional fuel and plug-in hybrid versions. The 1.6TD fuel version offers a total of six different models, while the plug-in hybrid version, known as Dashing i-DM, has two models.

Exterior:
The design of the JETOUR Dashing embraces a distinctive “mechanized style” that exhibits high recognition. With dimensions of 4590mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1685mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2720mm, it falls into the standard A-SUV category, specifically a compact SUV.

Interior:
It features a 15.6-inch floating touchscreen that controls almost all the vehicle’s functions. The interior is characterized by a strong technological feel, enhanced by a racing-inspired instrument panel and a heads-up display (HUD) system. The ultra-wide panoramic sunroof provides a generous lighting area of 0.7 square meters.

Highlighted Features

The JETOUR Dashing is equipped with a third-generation Snapdragon chip for its infotainment system, enabling HMI multitasking interaction and supporting OTA vehicle-wide updates. It also integrates Tencent applications, creating a dedicated “Tencent ecosystem” specifically for the JETOUR Dashing. The system supports full voice control and offers over 20 apps and small scene applications.

In terms of powertrain, the JETOUR Dashing offers three different options. The fuel version features the Kunpeng 1.6TD-7DCT powertrain combination, with the 1.5T-6MT/6DCT available as an option. The hybrid version is equipped with the Kunlun i-DM 1.5T-3DHT plug-in hybrid system, which allows intelligent switching between pure electric, series hybrid, and parallel hybrid modes, providing a comprehensive range of over 1000km. Additionally, the JETOUR Dashing i-DM has a combined power output of 240kW and a maximum torque of 545N·m.
