The NIO ES7 is equipped with NIO’s latest autonomous driving technology, NAD (NIO Autonomous Driving), which will gradually enable a fully relaxed point-to-point autonomous driving experience in scenarios such as highways, urban areas, parking, and battery swapping. NAD is an important component of the Banyan Intelligent System’s intelligent applications.

The ES7 inherits NIO’s high-performance genes and utilizes the second-generation efficient electric drive platform with silicon carbide power modules. It achieves a 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 3.9 seconds. The entire lineup comes standard with Brembo high-performance four-piston calipers, with a braking distance of 33.9 meters from 100 km/h to a complete stop. Additionally, the ES7 is equipped with air suspension as a standard feature. With a low drag coefficient of 0.263, the ES7 offers different battery options, including the standard range battery pack (75 kWh) with a CLTC range of 485 kilometers, the long-range battery pack (100 kWh) with a range of 620 kilometers, and the ultra-long-range battery pack (150 kWh) with a range exceeding 850 kilometers. With home chargers, superchargers, and nearly a thousand NIO battery swap stations nationwide, ES7 users no longer need to worry about range anxiety.

The NIO ES7 features the PanoCinema panoramic digital cockpit, which incorporates AR/VR technology. NIO has collaborated with innovative AR device company NREAL to develop dedicated AR glasses that can project a screen equivalent to a 201-inch display at a distance of 6 meters. Combined with the new 256-color digital light screen ambiance lighting, Dolby Atmos, and the 7.1.4 immersive sound system, PanoCinema provides a unique, fully immersive sensory experience within the exclusive space of the NIO ES7.

The NIO ES7 is one of the first passenger vehicles in China to pass regulatory certification for legally towing trailers and caravans. It offers an optional hidden electric decoupler with a maximum towing capacity of 2 tons, supporting power supply for the towed equipment. Moreover, in outdoor settings, the ES7 also supports camping mode and external power discharge.

The ES7 is equipped with four NVIDIA Drive Orin chips, a Qualcomm 8155 processor, and NT2.0 advanced driver-assistance features. It comes standard with side-angle cameras and a roof-mounted LiDAR.

As the first SUV built on NIO’s second-generation platform, NT2, and the company’s first large five-seat SUV, the ES7 is positioned as a pure electric mid-to-large-size SUV. It features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, with an official 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.9 seconds.
